I think they are a little high
Just called late on a Friday afternoon and they answered the phone! Very nice, helpful and willing to respond on short notice. I wish they had small town service like this in big cities! :)
Although really friendly and did a great job on flowers (this is a local florist) I am from out of town and could not get a copy of my receipt. I called 4 times and was promised one, but never received. This was for a company credit card and I needed for my records. If it wasn't for this I would have rated 5 stars!
