Great fresh apples. A real working orchard on the top of a mountain. A lot of local variety of fresh vegetables too.
Always a great weekend trip to the mountains and the Wooden's! All their produce is fresh and crisp. You must try their new cafe it's delicious, if you are in a hurry be sure to grab an apple dumpling with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a fried apple pie, or a fresh apple fritter! Whatever you choose I'm sure it's amazing! Be sure to buy extra of whatever you get because I promise its so good it will be gone in no time at all!
Stopped by there on way home from Crossville. Picked up some gold rush and pink lady apples they were great. Always a good spot for apples if you are in that area.
This was a beautiful clean Place who had reasonable prices and lots of goodies made from apples. Upstairs is it craft shop that had reasonable prices also. If you're in the area it would be worth you stopping and checking it out
The apples are sold bulk and at higher than store prices but they are grown locally. Their little diner offers good food. I highly recommend their apple desserts. They make some amazing apple desserts.
