We stayed in one of the Fisherman Villas with family and everything was wonderful during our 4 day stay. Everything was clean and worked accordingly. No complaints! We visit Fall Creek Falls multiple times a year (we're only 45 minutes away) and will continue to do so for the rest of our lives. Fall Creek Falls will always be like a second home to us.
The cabins are spacious and located directly on the lake. They are not exceptionally maintained but are clean and you do have everything you need. The fireplace is very nice but you need a starter and kindling materials. If you are looking for a place to get back to nature and accommodate several people this is a good option. The hiking trails were enjoyed by our crew as well.
Excellent selection of hiking trails. Good cafeteria. State government will be tearing it down and rebuilding lodging -- at a mere 30 million $.
We went to the park with our children for the day to view the eclipse. It was the most amazing thing. The Park Rangers were amazing coming by to check on people offering waters, and eclipse sunglasses to those they feared did not have their own. The park was adequately staffed for this event and there were plenty of people there to ask questions of that were knowledgeable about the park and stuff. Very good visit in my opinion.
Great prices and plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy! The food is delicious at the lodge restaurant and the pool snack bar. I could see my family coming back here year after year. The cabins are modern with a great view of the lake. The staff is courteous, professional and friendly. The views of the falls are breath taking. We recommend the pontoon tour boat ride. We love this place!!
