McDonald's is the same everywhere. This was the typical McDonald's with the same menu, the kids were friendly, fast and efficient. The dining area was clean.
The service was great especially the short blonde with the long hair at the back drive-thru
The food was cold! The employees were talking and playing around with customers in drive through and in the lobby.
The manager on duty was kissing a employee when I got to the window. My food didn't get put in the bag...called and the manager said she would get it ready.when I went to the door it was locked and it was prior to closing time. Now I don't get to eat dinner
The food was good, the service was good, but the drama is noticeable. You have an assistant manager named Ashley who speaks in front of customers about having the high school crew at her house getting drunk. Sure, they may be in a safe environment, but a manager drinking with co-workers who are minors should be grounds for termination. It would be in any of my stores. I believe Brad needs to be aware of what is going on before it gets to him through other customers. You have minors who come to work hung over and it highly effects the customer service and the quality of the food. Would you enjoy eating food you pay for if you watch a teenager who is high drop it 3 times before getting it into our bag and serving it to you?
