Worst cable company EVER! Prices are too high, they took a week to come install new service and I am paying for the highest speed internet and I am only getting 1.0 mps on download speed but paying for 15.0. I will never complain about Charter again they provided way better service and the prices were high but not as high as I am paying now. Someone should put a stop to their monoply on this area. You have no choice but to use them.
The lightning from last nights storm blew up my modem, router & cable box. I figured I would be out of service for days due to the amount of other customers with damage & issues.
Business monopoly. No matter the quality of service or customer relations, there are no competitors for other options.

The best telephone cooperative to be associated with! Absolutely great service, the customer comes first, and very friendly, helpful employees. Always a step ahead of the times in technology and service. Our telephone, internet and television service is great. Excellent internet speeds and always willing to help with updated technology if you just ask.
The people who work here are always smiling, and willing to help in any way.
A technician was here by 9:00 am this morning & replaced everything, got me hooked up & running & was on his way to the next job within minutes.
